2012 Hire Charges
The village hall and its annexe are available for hire every day throughout the year, all day (normally from 9.00 am) until 11.30 pm.
The standard charges for the main hall, inclusive of utilities and all facilities, subject to the nature of the event, are:-
- Private bookings £17.00 per hour
- Commercial £22.00 per hour
- Foyer only £8.80 per hour
The rear annexe is available for hire separately at £4.50 per hour.
There is a special rate for fundraising charity events of £12.60 per hour, with an additional one-off charge of £6.50 for use of the kitchen.
There is a set charge for weekend parties/weddings of £285.00 for 7½ hours from 4.00 pm. reduced to £256.50 for village residents.
Please note that all bookings must include time for setting up and clearing away, leaving everything exactly as you found it. Detailed terms and conditions apply.
