STOP PRESS! - Hall Roof Project DelayedFollowing an extremely late and unexpected glitch with our Roof Insulation and Refurbishment Project the Village Hall Trustees have decided to postpone the work for several weeks. This is not a situation that the Trustees would have wished for and we recognise that this delay may cause Hall users some inconvenience. Not taking the decision could have been more serious. Rest assured the Trustees are doing their utmost to minimise the delay, inconvenience and disruption. When more information becomes available an announcement will be made. |
WEST CHILTINGTON VILLAGE HALL
Many and diverse activities take place in the village hall, which itself is one of the cornerstones of our village. The hall is available to hire by any interested society or group or by any member of the public wishing to hold a function in this location. For information the details and approximate capacities of the hall are: - Main Hall approx 16m long by 8m wide Stage approx 6m wide by 4m deep Annexe approx 8m long by 4m wide Foyer approx 8m wide by 5.5m long Maximum capacity for closely seated audiences or dancing is 220 persons. For functions utilizing seating at tables maximum allowed is 110 persons. There is a kitchen should on-site catering facilities be required.
